Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using DeveloperNet Mission Control, you agree to these Terms of Service and any organization-specific rules or policies that apply to your account.
Accounts and access
Accounts are issued or approved by the organization responsible for the workspace. You are responsible for maintaining credential confidentiality and for activity performed through your account.
- Use only credentials assigned to you or authorized by your organization.
- Notify your administrator promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
- Do not attempt to bypass role restrictions, tenant boundaries, or security controls.
Acceptable use
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in ways that do not interfere with platform integrity, security, performance, or other users.
- No unauthorized access, scraping, reverse engineering, or malicious automation.
- No upload of unlawful, infringing, harmful, or intentionally misleading content.
- No use of the service to violate confidentiality, employment, or regulatory obligations.
Customer data and privacy
Your organization remains responsible for the content it places into the service and for instructing users on acceptable handling of internal data. Use of personal information is also subject to the Privacy Policy.
Jurisdiction-specific notices
Supplemental public overviews are available for GDPR, CCPA, and California privacy compliance. Those pages describe how the service approaches specific privacy-control areas in addition to these general terms.
Availability and service changes
Features may evolve over time, and parts of the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued. Reasonable efforts may be made to provide notice for material service changes, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.
Intellectual property
The service, software, site content, branding, and related materials remain the property of their respective owners and licensors. These Terms grant a limited right to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security reasons, policy violations, expired customer relationships, or at the direction of the organization that manages the workspace.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis except to the extent otherwise stated in a separate written agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, indirect, incidental, special, and consequential damages are excluded.
Changes to these terms
These Terms of Service may be updated periodically. Continued use of DeveloperNet Mission Control after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
